Within this demographic, a staggering 55 million youths, situated at the bottom of the socio-economic pyramid, grapple with minimal or no employment opportunities. the humble inception of NIRD Primary School on March 17th, 1985, graced by the presence of Shri Sardar Buta Singh, the Union Minister for Agriculture and Rural Development. What started as a small initiative blossomed into something extraordinary. On April 11th, 1991, a pivotal moment occurred when Shri T.L. Shankar, IAS, Director General of NIRD, entrusted the reins of the school to Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan, Mumbai.
